Aufgaben

• Identification and analysis of specific use cases for the application of Artificial Intelligence in the automotive domain (e.g., development, testing, validation, data analytics)
• Development, implementation, and evaluation of methods and use cases with various LLMs on both jember and customer server infrastructure
• Definition and implementation of evaluation criteria (e.g., result accuracy, data requirements, relevance)
• Training and validation of models based on real-world data
• Assessment of generated results according to defined metrics
• Integration and deployment into existing live systems, including interface connections to peripheral tools
• End-to-end support of projects – from data preparation and model building to final evaluation
• Active customer interaction
• Presentation of our AI solutions to clients
• Support during the proposal phase and in defining new projects
• Training of our employees in the use of AI tools

Profil

• Successfully completed Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, or a comparable field
• Practical experience with foundation models / LLMs
• Strong proficiency in Python (incl. scripting, data processing, API integration)
• Solid knowledge of Linux
• Advantageous: understanding of automotive development processes, common testing methods, and validation strategies
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Confident appearance in customer interactions as well as strong communication skills
• Analytical mindset, creativity, and a structured, independent way of working
