TECHNICAL EXPERT/ RF ENGINEER* – MUNICH, MALAGA

YOUR TASKS

• Development and optimization of automotive radio communication systems with a focus on EMC, antennas, and coexistence (CoEx)
• EMC compliant PCB design for RF and mixed signal assemblies
• Execution of simulations (ADS, CST etc.) to validate designs
• Requirements definition and development of telematics control unit (TCU)
• Development and integration of antennas for multi band and multi standard solutions
• Ensuring interoperability and CoEx optimization between various RF components in the overall system design
• Support in validation, verification, and certification processes (EMC testing, regulatory compliance)
• Verification and validation of the supplier delivered HW and antennas
• Support of the entire development process including the creation of the necessary documentation
• Supplier management during the complete development lifecycle including RFL/RFQ
• Close collaboration with system architects, hardware developers, and test engineers

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, preferably Communications or RF Technology or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in RF Engineering, EMC, and Antenna Design
• Strong expertise in EMC compliant PCB design and RF component integration
• Hands on experience with standard simulation and development tools (ADS, CST etc.)
• Deep understanding of coexistence mechanisms and their implementation in system design
• Experience working with EMC and certification laboratories is a plus
• Independent, analytical working style combined with strong communication skills in interdisciplinary teams
• Enthusiasm for agile development methods and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken
