Your tasks

Commercial project management:

• The main tasks of the Country Representative are the independent generation, processing, specification, procurement, administration, and management of customer inquiries for the Integrated Product Support (IPS) department in coordination with the respective interface partners.

Commercial order processing:

• The main tasks of the Country Representative lie in the independent generation, processing, specification, procurement, administration, and management of customer quotations and orders in the project and order phase for the specialist area - Integrated Product Support (IPS), in coordination with the respective interface partners in the standard process. In this way, the technical export clerk covers the entire range of tasks of a commercial clerk.

Other tasks:

• Preparation of quotations for spare parts follow-up supply (identification of ET, UAN requests, calculation)
• Order processing for spare parts follow-up supply (incoming orders to invoicing)
• Preparation of the monthly order backlog report
• Collecting and organizing all cost-relevant documents (e.g., quotations, order copies, etc.)
• Preparing all relevant data and documents
• LC coordination with customers and banks
• Handling foreign-language customer correspondence (English / Spanish)
• Processing of claims
• Market insight / support in the preparation of market analyses

Your profile

• Completed technical college training or 3 years of specialized vocational training and many years of professional experience, along with additional training
• Good commercial and technical understanding
• Advanced legal knowledge
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Sociability and willingness to engage with other cultures
• Systematic approach to work
• Confident handling of SAP and MS Office applications
• Adequate interaction with customers / business partners
• Willingness to undergo security checks is mandatory
