【Job descriptions】
- Machine/Parts installations and modifications at customer
- Explain and Train machine and operations to customer
- Troubleshoot and fix issues on pouch making machines remotely or on site
- Help and support customers before/after sales over phones, e-mail and/or
in person from office and/or on site
- Technical feedback and marketing
- Machine/Parts sales and take care of customers/prospects
- Communications and Liaison among headquarters and other subsidiaries abroad
- Study and learn technologies of machine/parts and machine operations
- Office management
- Answer phones and take care of visitors
- Receive and place orders
- Help local and International staff in any ways

- Knowledge/Curiosities to Machines; Mechanics, Electronics and Information
Technology and Japan
- English: Business level
- German, Spanish, French and/or Turkish: strong advantage
- Japanese: better or can study otherwise
