Technical Manager of Building Services (m/w/d)

Become part of our team and, with your expertise and passion, ensure that our resorts on Germany’s most popular island always shine in all their glory.

What you can expect

• Monitoring and compliance with work processes in accordance with applicable law and the German Occupational Safety and Health Act (ArbSchG)
• Planning, management, and control of employee deployment and optimization of the structure and work organization for the technical department
• Monitoring and compliance with safety and accident prevention regulations, technical hygiene guidelines, and fire protection regulations
• Optimization of the efficiency of technical systems and energy management
• Taking over smaller construction projects upon request (e.g., room renovations)
• Contact person for technical questions and solutions on site
• Participation in on-call duty
• Support and review of outsourced services
• Ensuring the maintenance and testing of technical systems
• Independent order acceptance, processing, and feedback via a software-supported system
• Ensuring and organizing the maintenance and testing of our technical systems

What you bring along

• Technical or skilled trade training, preferably supplemented by further training in maintenance and repair; a master craftsman qualification is an advantage.
• Ideally, several years of relevant experience, for example, in the hotel industry.
• Knowledge of facility management, project work, and fire protection.
• Experience in leadership.
• Efficient, solution-oriented thinking and assertiveness.
• Team player and organizational skills.
• High degree of resilience and commitment.
