Technical Product Manager (Magento)- Yoshien (all genders)

Your role

• You own our Magento-based shop platform at Yoshien from a business and product perspective
• You act as the product manager within a cross‑functional team of engineers, QA, and UX design.
• You lead and drive the end‑to‑end development of new features – from discovery to delivery.
• You perform data‑driven analysis to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
• You coordinate across teams, stakeholders, and keep everyone aligned on priorities and timelines.
• You plan six to twelve months ahead, helping define and shape our product strategy and roadmap — always with an eye on what comes next.
• You are the go‑to person for all e‑commerce shop topics: from search, recommendations, and checkout to conversion optimization, LLM optimization, and more.

Your profile

• Experience as a tech‑savvy product manager, ideally in an e‑commerce context.
• Experience with Product Information and Content Management tools.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• The ability to balance business needs and technical constraints.
• A hands‑on, structured approach to product development.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar
• Background in agile product development
• Understanding of e‑commerce KPIs like conversion, retention, or CLV
