About the Role: As a Technical Product Manager in our Data & AI team, you will shape the future of how we use data, insights, and AI to improve customer experience and business impact. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovative solutions in a dynamic environment where your ideas will directly influence Redcare’s journey to become a data-driven company.

Responsibilities

• Drive the roadmap and vision for data products, AI products & solutions, and business insights tools.
• Understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and ensure solutions deliver measurable impact.
• Define value proposition of the data and/or AI products and define success KPIs. Identify and document key use cases.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, ensuring smooth adoption and integration of data and/or AI solutions.
• Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to transform concepts into scalable products.
• Champion data democratization and AI adoption across the company through innovative product design.

Qualifications

• You bring experience in product management, with a focus on data, AI, or analytics products.
• You combine strong technical knowledge (Azure, GCP, Databricks, AI/ML, LLM technologies etc.) with a passion for turning insights into action.
• You have experience in successfully driving implementation of products from design and conceptualization to actual working features and use cases.
• You are fluent in English (spoken & written); knowledge of another European language is a plus.
• You enjoy working in cross-functional teams and have the storytelling skills to communicate complex topics simply.
