Lead and coordinate the System Testing activities ( System Test, Verification & Validation) and System Integration Tests

Responsibility of the System Integration, Verification and Validation test strategy in order to ensure optimal coverage and testing of system level features

Responsibility of the scheduling of testing activities for System Test levels

Ensuring the maturity of the System Validation Sub Project

Owning the System Validation Sub Project goals and driving it to achieve the expected KPIs in terms of QCT (Quality Cost Time)

Managing System Validation subproject risks through the SUR process coordinated by System PM

Reporting to the System Project Manager

Driving and Delivering the Overall System Integration, Verification and Validation Strategy, Plan and Costs Estimations of the Project and ensures its approval by System PM and System TPM

Managing the System Intergration Test Lead

Coordinating the Project Test Tool development team for acquisition, development and delivery of validated test environment solutions that are sufficient for application of the approved test strategy and test plan

Managing the System Validation project budget and approval of purchase of the system validation team

Maintaining close contract with the Project management team in order to ensure a unified approach in terms of timing, content, cost and quality of project deliveries

You inspire us with :

Experience in project management (plan, monitoring and control against priorities)
Very good analytical and problem solving skills

Solid communication and reporting skills

Strong knowledge of process models (e.g. Automotive Spice), regarding verification and validation process areas

Experience of risk management (risk based testing)
