Overview

We are partnered with an industry leading semiconductor company specializing in the development of cutting-edge environmental sensing technologies looking to expand their team in Germany with a Technical Project Manager to take a leading role in driving the development of next-generation sensor products.

This opportunity is based out of Reutlingen, Germany.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multidisciplinary teams across product and process development
Drive end-to-end development of advanced sensing technologies
Manage project phases: concept, design, proof-of-principle, and mass production
Collaborate with research partners and external stakeholders
Ensure clear documentation, regular review cycles, and on-time delivery
Align technical execution with marketing, sales, and partner expectations
Maintain high motivation and team communication across global sites
File intellectual property (IP) and demonstrate technological breakthroughs

Key Requirements

PhD or MSc/BSc in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar
Proven experience in product development and technical project management
Knowledge of gas sensor technology (a plus)
Hands-on background in automotive or high-reliability systems (preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Fluent in English and German (C level or above)
