We are currently looking for a skilled & passionate Technical Project Manager (m / f / d) to join our Supply Tech Enabling Team within the Supply Tech Unit at ABOUT YOU.

The Supply Tech Unit is responsible for discovering and creating technical solutions to integrate our supply chain from start to finish. They possess a keen understanding of our supply business and extensive knowledge of the system landscape that supports our ABOUT YOU shops in over 20 countries, seamlessly integrating merchants across various business models.

The Supply Tech Enabling Team manages key initiatives for the Supply Business Area across our diverse system landscape. This includes end-to-end project ownership—from initial business requirements analysis to hypercare supervision—while ensuring the integrity and smooth operation of existing processes through proactive monitoring and bug resolution.

As a vital member of this team, your role will focus on ensuring the smooth operation and ongoing improvement of our product assortment across different business models.

What you will do :

• Examine and analyze operational anomalies across the assortment and business models, identifying root causes and coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
• Drive alignment and clear communication with diverse internal and external stakeholders regarding operational processes and issue resolution.
• Collaborate closely with application teams, providing insights to guide necessary adjustments and fixes.
• Facilitate operational adjustments and support business needs, including partner onboarding and evolving service requirements.
• Plan, execute, and document end-to-end testing with stakeholders, demonstrating high motivation to engage wherever needed.
• Diligently track and monitor bug ticket lifecycles, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
• Uphold and contribute to the continuous improvement of standardized operational processes.
• Encourage space for your ideas and innovations within a flat hierarchy and short decision-making processes.

Who you are :

• Completed studies in business informatics or a comparable field.
• 2-5 years of practical experience in project management or business analysis within tech organizations.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Quick understanding of complex tasks with many variables and high complexity.

• Working model :

Due to upcoming tasks and responsibilities, this position requires onsite work at our Hamburg headquarters on a weekly basis. We offer a hybrid working model, allowing remote work on Mondays and Fridays, with onsite work from Tuesday to Thursday.
