Role Overview
We are seeking a world-class Technical Recruiter with direct experience in staffing and/or consulting organizations (corporate-only recruiting experience will not be considered). This individual must be able to hit the ground running, operate with autonomy and trust, and quickly add value to our recruiting process.
The recruiter will manage the full lifecycle of hiring for contractors and consultants across global markets, owning opportunities from intake to placement. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, motivated, and passionate about recruitment. They thrive in high-volume environments where priorities shift, and they excel at driving fulfillment with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from intake and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Source candidates globally through LinkedIn passive searches, recruiting tools, job boards, and ATS platforms, building strong talent pipelines.
- Recruit and engage contractors and consultants, clearly articulating project requirements and client value propositions.
- Partner with delivery and account teams to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable recruiting strategies.
- Ensure candidates are supported throughout the process with clear communication and a positive experience.
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling to accommodate candidates across different time zones (occasional evenings may be required).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) while adhering to compliance and reporting best practices.
- Operate with high autonomy and accountability, taking full ownership of assigned opportunities and driving them to closure.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes, tools, and best practices to deliver exceptional results in a high-volume, global environment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience within a staffing or consulting company (corporate-only recruiters will not be considered).
- Proven ability to hit the ground running and quickly adapt to new processes, clients, and markets.
- Strong track record in sourcing, engaging, and closing technical talent across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and recruiting tools.
- Experience recruiting contractors, consultants, and project-based resources.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while remaining detail-oriented and organized.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for building relationships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working with a high level of trust and independence.
