To support our team in Mexico (San Luis Potosi), we are looking for you as aTechnical Sales Engineer* .

Your responsibilities:

• Analyze customer requirements and provide technical consulting for the development of customized laser solutions
• Support and manage customer projects from initial concept to implementation
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular on-site visits
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities and new customers
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events
• Share market insights with internal teams (e.g. product management and sales), including competitor analysis, pricing trends, and market developments

Your profile:

• Degree or technical training in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or laser technology
• Experience in technical sales, ideally with complex or consultative products
• Strong technical understanding and passion for solving complex customer challenges
• Confident communication and negotiation skills
• Independent, structured working style combined with strong team orientation
• Resident in Mexico
• Willingness to travel (up to about 70%), primarily withinMexico, with occasional international trips
