Technical Sales Engineer - Low Voltage Components (Germany Focus)

The ideal candidate for this position will be a driven and resourceful individual with experience in the industry. They will be responsible for obtaining and expanding the company's business relationships in our key international markets. The candidate must have a solid technical understanding of low-voltage components, coupled with a sociable and outgoing personality to build rapport with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers across international markets.
Provide expert technical support and solutions to clients.
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to increase market share and achieve sales targets.
Manage the entire order process, collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Collect and report on market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform company strategy.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above (full-time) in International Trade, Marketing, Electrical Engineering and Automation, or a related field.
Ideal candidates will be Chinese nationals with permanent residency status, or foreign nationals proficient in Mandarin Chinese.
2+ years of relevant international sales experience, preferably in low-voltage components, electrical equipment, or electronic products.
Solid technical knowledge of products such as circuit breakers, contactors, and familiarity with international certifications (e.g., CE/UL/VDE).
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent proficiency in English and German is essential for this role.
Ability to work under pressure, adapt to new challenges, and undertake frequent international travel.
