    Our EMEA sales team is looking for talented, tech-savvy professionals with persistence, passion, and a customer service focus. As a Technical Sales Manager , you will support customers in DACH, Italy, Spain, France, or other regions from our Berlin office . Your responsibilities include responding to prospects, developing outreach strategies, and closing sales.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage the full sales cycle, focusing on technical solutions.
    • Identify and develop qualified B2B leads seeking advanced tech products.
    • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by addressing their evolving technical needs.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
    • Communicate the value of technical products effectively.
    • Guide clients through complex engineering solutions as a trusted advisor.

    Qualifications

    • Fluency in German (C1 or better), English (C1 or better), and Spanish, Italian, or French (C1 or better); additional languages are a plus.
    • 2-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tech or engineering sectors.
    • Strong technical background and understanding of complex sales cycles.
    • Passion for advanced technologies, especially in engineering or manufacturing.
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Ability to work independently and in teams, with a goal-oriented mindset.
    • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
