Job Overview

As a Technical Sales & Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales process from lead qualification to closing, advising clients on Dynatrace and Splunk solutions, and developing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the final phase of the sales process, from qualified lead to successful deal closure.
2. Convert potential into success by closing deals and turning leads into contracts.
3. Advise customers using your expertise in Dynatrace and Splunk, present tailored solutions, and lead negotiations to contract signing.
4. Build, maintain, and develop strategic partnerships, e.g., with Dynatrace or Splunk.
5. Plan and execute sales activities independently, collaborating closely with MMS experts.

Qualifications

1. Several years of experience in IT sales or consulting, preferably in Observability.
2. Strong knowledge of Dynatrace and/or Splunk and experience with related projects.
3. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly.
4. Proactive attitude, passion for technology, and a desire for continuous learning.
5. Networking talent and existing contacts within the IT industry.

Additional Information

Location options include Berlin, Bonn, Dresden, Hamburg, Jena, Leinfelden-Echterdingen, Leipzig, München, or Rostock. Full-time, 38 hours/week, with moderate travel requirements. Fluency in German and English required.
