Technical Sales Representative (May 2026 Grad)

Join Formlabs as a Technical Sales Representative to drive revenue with cutting‑edge 3D printing technology. We are building a world‑class direct sales team and looking for motivated individuals to help designers, engineers, and medical professionals unlock their potential.

We offer a competitive compensation package: 60,000 – 80,000 EUR annual OTE (on target earnings) plus an uncapped sales bonus and RSU equity. You can reach a 6‑figure salary after a couple of years.

In This Role You Will

• Understand customer demand to consult and sell additive manufacturing technology using a solution‑oriented approach.
• Identify sales leads and follow up on inbound inquiries by phone and email.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while upselling and cross‑selling to increase product usage and satisfaction.
• Coordinate regular touch points to understand needs, align outcomes to sales growth.
• Represent Formlabs at trade shows and onsite customer events.
• Collaborate with key decision makers to identify opportunities and develop ideas that deliver sales results.
• Become a champion of Formlabs technology through hands‑on training and product experience.

About You

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM field.
• 0–5 years full‑time work experience.
• Fluent in English and German; additional European languages (French, Italian) are a plus. (Fluent: C1 or better.)
• Curious and passionate about technology.
• Relationship builder who is customer‑focused and results‑oriented.
• Works independently yet thrives in a team environment.
• Communicates effectively with customers via phone, video, and email.
• Able to handle rejection, learn, and adapt.
