Technical Sales Support Engineer

Position(s): Technical Sales Service, and Sales Support (Internal Sales)

We’re hiring for a renowned manufacturer of Logistics Automation Systems in Germany. We have multiple positions across various departments in Sales and Service.

The Sales Support role emphasizes CAD layouts, taking measurements, and on-site travel.

The Technical Sales Service role focuses more on E-plan knowledge, spare parts strategies, and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify parts from customer inquiries using parts lists, E-plans, and CAD drawings
• Handle supplier discontinuation notices and suggest replacements or alternatives
• Develop End-of-Life strategies and create Last Order offers
• Collaborate with development, design, and retrofit teams
• Enter data into the ERP system and prepare spare parts offers
• Manage technical queries with suppliers and handle orders

Requirements:

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or mechanical engineering
• Comparable experience in a technical role (intralogistics experience preferred)
• Knowledge of E-plan, CAD systems, and Microsoft Office
• Interest in customer and supplier interaction
