Technical Site Coordinator – Relocation to Switzerland

Our client is an international, family-owned company based in Switzerland, specializing in mechanical and energy solutions. They are seeking an International Site Coordinator to oversee and coordinate their installation projects on-site. The candidate will be hired in Switzerland and will be required to travel between Germany, Poland and Italy.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site activities during installations and overhauls
• Supervise shift operations (2-shift system) and work independently
• Maintain direct contact with end customers on-site
• Handle site management, including daily/hourly documentation and reporting
• Oversee overhauls and maintenance projects
• Collaborate solution-oriented with customers, office staff, and subcontractors
• Manage commissioning activities
• Support customer base management in coordination with the management team

Your Profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience
• German and English mandatory; Italian and Polish advantageous
• Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
• Solution-oriented, with strong communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel frequently for assignments
• Involvement in after-sales support and customer service
