You will support these experts in performing their tasks more efficiently through the use of Maltego. Your communication skills, empathy for users, and drive to find fitting solutions with the tools at your disposal will empower Maltego users worldwide.

What to Expect

You will work closely with customers to understand their requirements and design custom integration solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

On-Premise Deployment

• Communicate effectively with customers to provide guidance and support with deployment and integration of Maltego within their systems.
• Evaluate customer needs and existing systems for compatibility.
• Customize and configure solutions to fit customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed.

Solution Design and Implementation

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to scope, design, and plan projects.
• Provide technical and architectural recommendations and roadmaps for proposed solutions and projects.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for data integration with Maltego during technical phases.
• Lead customer technical calls, including data workshopping sessions.
• Support the development of integrations, including development, code reviews, and quality assurance.

Your profile in short

• Over 3 years of relevant work experience in the IT industry
• Bachelor's degree in an applicable IT field, such as Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• Strong customer focus, with a proven ability to engage with clients and lead technical discussions
• Solid technical knowledge of virtual machines, Docker, and cloud hosting environments (Azure or AWS)
• Proficient in Kubernetes, terminal services, and related technologies
• Experience with Python, API integration, and databases
• Expertise in drafting Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Skilled in solution design and architecture
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
