Technical Support Engineer

    Technical Support Engineer (Germany)

    Location: Germany (native-level German required)

    Function: Customer Experience / Technical Support

    I'm working with a fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS company that’s redefining how enterprises secure hybrid cloud and on-prem environments. Their platform helps global organizations proactively identify and remediate critical security risks before attackers can exploit them.

    This is a customer-facing Technical Support Engineer role where you’ll handle complex issues, ensure system reliability, and deliver world-class support to enterprise clients. It’s an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, grow your technical expertise, and play a key role in customer success.

    What You’ll Do
    • Provide Tier 3 support for enterprise customers
    • Proactively monitor production environments to identify and resolve issues before they impact clients
    • Take ownership of technical issues and drive resolution in collaboration with R&D teams
    • Troubleshoot complex cases: log reviews, DB analysis, research, and diagnostics
    • Document findings and create internal knowledge base articles & customer self-help guides
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction through responsive, expert guidance
    • Ensure production system health with real-time response to technical issues

    What We’re Looking For
    • Native-level German communication skills (essential)
    • 3+ years’ hands-on experience as a Technical Support Engineer (or similar role)
    • Strong troubleshooting, diagnosis, and analytical skills
    • Solid understanding of Linux/Unix (other OS experience a plus)
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) – strong advantage
    • Exposure to monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, etc.) – nice to have
    • Excellent communicator with strong teamwork and multitasking abilities
    • Self-starter with ability to prioritize and perform under pressure
    • Managerial/team lead experience – an advantage
