Technical support (m/f/d) transport logistics

Your tasks

• As a central contact person, you will support colleagues with questions and challenges relating to software and hardware (MDE devices) in transport logistics
• The functionality of existing interfaces is reliably ensured and future interfaces are professionally configured
• We actively support you in the selection of new software and hardware solutions
• You will be responsible for maintaining central master data and user administration for the transport logistics software
• You will train new colleagues on existing process flows in systems
• You prepare relevant evaluations from the transport logistics software for the month-end closing

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d), business administrator (m/f/d) for digitization management or a comparable qualification
• Your first professional experience in IT support, ideally in a logistics environment, has given you valuable practical knowledge
• You have basic knowledge of IT infrastructures and are familiar with working with databases such as MS SQL
• Your knowledge of transport management systems (e.g. PraCar, SAP TM) and other supporting software solutions (e.g. SPEDION, TachoWeb) is an advantage
• You have the ability to explain complex technical issues in an understandable way and thus provide optimal support to colleagues
• Your reliability, commitment and excellent communication skills make you a valued contact person
