    Application Support Specialist (PHP)
    Position Title: Application Support Specialist (PHP)
    Location: Warsaw Poland (Remote)
    Duration: 12 Months with possible extension

    Job Description:
    Role Objectives
    • Deploy and maintain PHP-based training and learning management applications in Microsoft Azure Cloud, integrated with Frontex systems.
    • Design, develop, and manage new software features in line with evolving business requirements.
    • Ensure business continuity, performance optimization, and alignment with business processes.
    • Maintain applications through corrective, adaptive, and preventive measures.
    • Provide ongoing 2nd and 3rd line technical support.

    Key Tasks & Responsibilities
    • Proficient in using MS Office package.
    • Knowledge of IT terminology and concepts, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
    • Experience in the use of ticketing systems, dealing with case, incident and/or problem management.
    • At least one year of professional experience in a Call Centre, Service Centre, Support team or Help Desk.
    • Holds ability to document effectively
    • Presents problem solving skills.

    Profile Requirements:
    Experience
    • At least two years of professional experience in web content management in educational onlinesoftware used for training management and administration of learners and results or similar systemsused for: administration of resources, users management or content development.
    • At least two years of professional experience in using learning management systems or similar as site administrator and/or content creator.
    • Ability to document solutions and draft manuals, guidelines and procedures.

    Skills & Knowledge
    • Proficient in using MS Office package.
    • Knowledge of IT terminology and concepts, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
    • Experience in the use of ticketing systems, dealing with case, incident and/or problem management.

    CERTIFICATION OF ENGLISH LEVEL
    To be verified on basis of the candidate's Personnel Submission Form and confirmed during the interview/testsession. Copy of the certificate/assesment/verification must be delivered.
