Since 2005, QuestionPro has been a leading developer and provider of web-based survey and analysis tools in market research and Experience Management. We are seeking a dedicated, motivated, and technically skilled Technical Support Specialist (m/w/d) to join our support team and assist customers across all phases of support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical contact for our customers
• Assist customers in optimizing the use of our tools and resolving technical issues
• Troubleshoot and investigate problems using internal and external tools
• Escalate complex technical issues to relevant departments worldwide
• Document customer interactions and solutions
• Stay updated on the latest software versions and features
• Collaborate across functions, including Engineering, Customer Success, and Product, to enhance customer experience

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT support and ideally a relevant IT qualification
• Entry-level candidates with the necessary skills are welcome
• Fluent German and very good English skills, both spoken and written
• 1-2 years of experience in technical support
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Capacity to organize and prioritize tasks responsibly
• Team spirit and a hands-on mentality

Nice to Have

• SaaS experience
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge
