Position: Technical Team Lead - (CDP)

Location of the role: Germany/Spain/Romania (Remote)

We’re looking for a Technical Team Lead with strong Fullstack expertise who’s ready to take ownership, inspire a team, and shape the future of data-driven hospitality.

In your role, you will make an impact by...

• Leading & Inspiring: Building and mentoring a high-performing development team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence
• Owning the Product Vision: Defining and executing the roadmap for our CDP, aligning with business goals and evolving customer needs
• Staying Hands-On: Contributing directly to coding and development, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and robust solutions.
• Drive Strategic Innovation: Partnering with leadership to influence how customer data is leveraged across the hospitality industry
• Working with Cutting-Edge Tech: Leading the implementation of advanced data management, automation tools, and innovative product features

You are a perfect fit, if you have…

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer and Technical Team Lead
• Strong background in React, Node.js and Python
• Expertise in data modeling, APIs, and scalable architectures
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
• Understanding of audience segmentation & campaign management
• Track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a remote-first environment
• Desire to take on significant responsibility and grow into a senior leadership role
