Your Job

This role leads a team of developers working on both front-end (Angular) and back-end systems, delivering end-to-end projects and ensuring alignment with business objectives and quality standards.

What Competencies We Are Searching For

• Leadership in Full stack Development : Manage and lead a team of developers working on front-end (Angular) and back-end systems.
• Backend Expertise : Exceptional knowledge in .Net development, with experience designing and implementing scalable backend systems.
• Project Deliveries : Drive end-to-end project development, from planning to execution and delivery, ensuring deliverables meet business objectives and quality standards.
• Hands-on Coding and Problem Solving : Ability to deep dive into complex technical problems and provide solutions at the product area level.
• Mentorship : Provide guidance, code reviews, and technical mentorship to the development team, ensuring quality and adherence to best practices.
• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams : Work with QA, DevOps, Architects, Product Managers, and other product teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Communication with Stakeholders : Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

What You Will Practice

• Technical Leadership : Guide architecture decisions, technology stack choices, and best practices for front-end and back-end development; set technical goals and manage by objectives.
• Maintain High Code Quality : Ensure maintainable, secure, and efficient code through code reviews and mentorship.
• Create Complex Applications : Manage and optimize a robust architecture that integrates with frontend, third-party services, and target architecture.
• Agile Methodologies : Collaborate to adapt processes to support innovations and new challenges.
• Code Quality and Security : Enforce secure coding practices and code reviews.
• Continuous Integration & Deployment : Work with SRE and DevOps to ensure robust delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Translate requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.

Your Profile

Primary Focus :

• 6+ years of experience in C# development (.NET Core & .NET Framework)
• Expertise in designing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, DDD
• Strong knowledge of database technologies (MS SQL, Redis, MongoDB)
• Deep understanding of asynchronous programming and performance optimization
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and scalable system design

DevOps & CI/CD :

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GIT, Jenkins, or similar
• Docker, k8s

Security :

• Familiarity with OWASP standards and web security practices

Nice to have competences:

• Experience with Angular or other front-end frameworks
• CQRS/CQS
