Are you a Technical Writer who thrives at the intersection of clarity, content structure, and cutting-edge AI?

LumApps is building the future of the employee experience with our innovative intranet hub, and we're looking for a skilled professional to join our multicultural team in the heart of Paris . You'll be central to creating clear, world-class documentation for our expanding platform, including our exciting fusion with Beekeeper !

While the Documentation Team is based in Paris, we value talent and are open to considering candidates working from any of our other main locations.

Available Locations: Paris (preferred), Lyon, Lille, Sophia Antipolis, Krakow, London, Barcelona, Hamburg.

Missions

• Master Structured Content: You'll work extensively with structured writing in DITA to create precise, modular, and highly maintainable documentation.

• Embrace AI-Powered Efficiency: We use semi-automated AI translation workflows. You'll also be part of our transition to implement Positron AI to automate targeted, repetitive tasks, freeing you up for higher-value writing.

• Own the Publishing Process: You'll publish content directly to our documentation website, which is built on the LumApps platform —giving you a direct view of the user experience.

• Champion Best Practices: Collaborate with a multicultural team of experts who are passionate about minimalist writing and industry best practices to ensure our documentation is clear, effective, and user-focused.

• Drive Company Growth: Participate in the expansion of LumApps and our fusion with Beekeeper in a future-proof group, contributing to a truly global and unified digital workplace solution.

Skills

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer , ideally working with DITA or other structured authoring systems.

• A mindset that embraces new technologies, automation, and efficiency.

• Fluency in English ; French is a strong plus.

• A passion for delivering high-quality, user-centric documentation .
