As a Technical Writer , you help our customers get the most out of our software. You provide guidance to admins who set up and configure the software in their organizations. Your work also has a big impact on employee onboarding and training.

Your tasks

• Write and update guides for installation, setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and APIs
• Tailor the documentation to specific tasks and challenges of your target audience Keep the content clear and actionable
• Be ready to get technical info from multiple teams and add it to existing documentation, even undertight deadlines
• Help ensure that documentation is updated to reflect product changes and alignment with existing standards
• Preparerelease notes and other materials to provide guidance on new features and updates
• Review your colleagues' writing and use their feedback to improve your own work

Your profile

• Strong skills in writing technical instructions
• Experience withOxygen XML Editor/Author, Adobe FrameMaker, MadCap Flare or similar
• Preferablyexperience in using DITA to structure content
• A detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy and consistency across all content
• Technical understanding with the ability to explain complex information in a way that everyone can understand
• English C1-C2, German B2 minimum
