Sie möchten Verantwortung übernehmen, arbeiten lösungsorientiert und mit technischem Sachverstand? Dann sind Sie bei uns richtig. Zur Verstärkung unseres Campus-Managements in Vallendar suchen wir einen operativen Allrounder (w/m/d), der mit Übersicht, handwerklichem Geschick und Koordination den Campusbetrieb mitgestaltet – für Studierende, Mitarbeitende und Gäste der WHU.
Ihre Aufgaben
Technischer Betrieb & Instandhaltung

• Betreuung der Gebäudetechnik inkl. Fehlersuche und kleinerer Instandsetzungen haustechnischer Anlagen
• Durchführung von Inspektionsrundgängen (Gebäude, TGA, Brandschutz, Sicherheitstechnik, Verkehrssicherung)
• Störungsmanagement sowie kleinere Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
  

Dienstleistersteuerung & Betreiberverantwortung

• Steuerung und Koordination externer Nachunternehmer und Dienstleister sowie Durchführung von Abnahmen
• Wahrnehmung der Betreiberverantwortung im Rahmen der Delegation im Verantwortungsbereich
• Kontrolle von Sicherheits- und Ordnungsvorgaben
  

Energiemanagement & Digitalisierung

• Mitarbeit im Energiemanagement: Verbrauchskontrolle, Zählererfassung, Einsparmaßnahmen
• Arbeiten mit einem CAFM-System inkl. Datenpflege und Störmeldeprozessen
• Dokumentation technischer Maßnahmen und digitale Qualitätsnachweise
  

Organisation & Support

• Umzugsmanagement, Veranstaltungslogistik und campusinterner Support
• Rechnungsprüfung und -abwicklung im FM-Bereich
• Übernahme von Bereitschaftsdiensten im Wechsel mit dem Team
  

Ihr Profil

• Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung – idealerweise mit Bezug zur Gebäude- oder Betriebstechnik
• Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Gebäudebetrieb oder vergleichbaren Bereichen mit
• Sie denken gewerkeübergreifend, sind handlungsstark und bringen eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung mit
• Sie arbeiten strukturiert, zuverlässig und mit Eigenverantwortung – auch unter Zeitdruck
• Sie haben gute Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit digitalen Tools (z.B. CAFM, Wartungs-Apps)
• Sie verfügen über gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
• Sie haben die Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Einsätzen (z.B. Sonderveranstaltungen, Notfällen, Rufbereitschaft)
• Eine Weiterbildung zum Fachwirt Facility Management (GEFMA 620) oder Sachkundenachweise (z.B. Aufzugsanlagen, Brandschutz) sind von Vorteil

To strengthen our campus management team in Vallendar, we are looking for an operational all-rounder (f/m/d) who can help shape campus operations with their overview, technical skills, and coordination abilities - for students, employees, and guests of WHU.
Your mission
Technical operation & maintenance

• Support for building technology, including troubleshooting and minor repairs to building services equipment
• Carrying out inspection rounds (buildings, building services, fire protection, safety technology, traffic safety)
• Fault management, minor maintenance, and repair work
  

Provider management & operator responsibility

• Management and coordination of external subcontractors and service providers, as well as carrying out acceptance tests
• Assumption of operator responsibility within the scope of delegation in the area of responsibility
• Monitoring of safety and regulatory requirements
  

Energy management & digitalization

• Collaboration in energy management: consumption control, meter reading, savings measures
• Working with a CAFM system, including data maintenance and fault reporting processes
• Documentation of technical measures and digital quality certificates
  

Organization & support

• Relocation management, event logistics, and on-campus support
• Invoice verification and processing in the FM area
• Assumption of on-call duties in rotation with the team
  

Your profile

• You have completed technical or vocational training – ideally related to building services or industrial engineering
• You have several years of professional experience in building operations or comparable areas
• You think across disciplines, are decisive, and have a strong service orientation
• You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner – even under time pressure
• You have good knowledge of working with digital tools (e.g., CAFM, maintenance apps)
• You have a good command of German; English skills are desirable
• You are willing to work flexibly (e.g., special events, emergencies, on-call duty)
• Further training as a facility management specialist (GEFMA 620) or certificates of competence (e.g., elevator systems, fire protection) are an advantage
