Your Tasks at SBI:

• Designing, planning, and constructing extensive technical facilities in industrial buildings
• Carrying out calculations and dimensioning of TGA components for the above-mentioned systems, preparing cost calculations
• Planning coordination of various technical trades
• Plan preparation and plan review
• Creation of presentation documents
• Use of all standard Office applications
• Use of specialist software (e.g., Kemper Dendrit)
• Technical contact person in the project for the planning created
• Quantity surveys and preparation of bills of quantities, tender evaluations
• Audit-proof and fiduciary measurement and invoice audits

Your Experience:

• Completed studies as a technical engineer or technician or comparable
• Experience in the planning of TGA trades
• Experience in working with Office applications
• Good foreign language skills in English
