Join us at Deutsche Windtechnik as a Techniker / Inbetriebnehmer (m/w/d) für Adwen-Windenergieanlagen .

We are the Windtastics – 2,200 highly skilled individuals dedicated to maintenance, repair, inspection, and improvement of wind turbines. Our offshore teams operate in the North and Baltic Seas, handling diverse components from various manufacturers, ensuring safe and efficient offshore wind farms.

If you have a background in engineering or technical training, experience with Adwen technology, and are eager to work offshore, we want to hear from you!

Your Profile

• Degree in engineering/mechanical engineering or vocational training as electrician/mechanic/mechatronics, with additional qualifications or proven experience in Adwen technology
• Several years of experience with Adwen systems
• Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style
• Native-level German and good English skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Class B driver’s license

Your Tasks

• Diagnose and repair issues in offshore Adwen wind turbines based on remote monitoring data
• Analyze recurring faults and develop technical solutions to prevent them
• Provide remote technical support to service teams for offshore maintenance
• Create and review work orders, technical documentation, maintenance procedures, and RAMS
• Develop retrofits, upgrades, and modifications to enhance turbine performance with engineering support
• Prepare technical proposals for repairs and retrofits in coordination with sales and service management
• Serve as technical contact for technicians, clients, and partners
