IHRE AUFGABEN

• Sie übernehmen die Federführung bei der technischen Klärung, sind verantwortlich für die Arbeitsdurchführung und führen Aufsicht vor Ort im Rahmen des Arbeitserlaubnisverfahrens gemäß der gültigen Betriebsordnung der jeweiligen Anlagen.
• Sie führen Ihre Tätigkeiten teilweise unter den speziellen Bedingungen des Kontrollbereichs aus.
• Sie nehmen an den regelmäßigen Besprechungen zur Instandhaltung teil.
• Sie sind zuständig für die Durchführung von Instandhaltungsarbeiten, die Installation von Neuanlagen sowie Umbauarbeiten, vorrangig an lüftungstechnischen Anlagen der Entsorgungsbetriebe, und für das Erstellen sowie Überarbeiten der dazugehörigen Dokumentation.
• Sie spezifizieren Verschleiß- und Ersatzteile für die jeweiligen Anlagen.
• Sie begleiten technisch und überwachen die Arbeiten von externen Auftragnehmern.

IHR PROFIL

• Sie besitzen eine Ausbildung als Techniker, Meister oder Facharbeiter in Mechanik/Verfahrenstechnik oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung.
• Sie haben mindestens zwei Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung von lüftungstechnischen Einrichtungen.
• Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse in der Instandhaltung von Heizungsanlagen, was wünschenswert ist.
