Nordson Polymer Processing Systems is a global leader in polymer processing technologies. We are looking for a motivated Technical Writer (m/w/d) to join our team in Münster and help create clear, user-friendly operating manuals for our equipment.

Zusammenfassung der Rolle

The Technical Writer is primarily responsible for creating operating manuals in simple language for Nordson Polymer Processing Systems machinery, ensuring they are easily understood by all users.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Identify and document order-related requirements in coordination with the supervisor.
• Collect information from other departments to create technical documents.
• Create operating manuals using drawings and layout tools.
• Produce precise and easy-to-understand content (text, graphics).
• Maintain, support, and modify existing documents.
• Ensure documents comply with applicable regulations and company-specific policies.

Ihr Profil

• Completed professional training as a Technical Product Designer (m/w/d) or comparable qualification.
• Additional technical writing qualification is a plus.
• At least 3 years of professional experience.
• Good knowledge of EU machine directives and related standards is a plus.
• Experience with technical editorial systems such as SCHEMA ST4 is required.
• Knowledge in text processing, typography, and layout.
• Proficient with various graphic tools.
• Additional advantage: experience with Adobe Pro, SolidWorks and MS Office 365.
• Very good German and good English in written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills and expressive ability.
• Strong teamwork capability and self-organization.
