Responsibilities

• Manage error activities for charging infrastructure, including monitoring
• Handle customer inquiries via case management system
• Record, analyze, and track faults at charging stations, assign to suppliers and manufacturers
• Ensure timely fault resolution in collaboration with suppliers and manufacturers
• Communicate with affected customers and stakeholders regarding infrastructure faults
• Define and coordinate maintenance activities
• Prepare fault reports for customers and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical or electrical field or relevant vocational training
• Technical experience in E-Mobility or related services is advantageous
• Experience in technical analysis and fault management processes
• Proficiency in MS Office and IT backend systems for E-Mobility
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to translate technical info into understandable language
• High motivation, flexibility, and quick learner
