Your Role

As the first point of contact for technical support, you’ll handle incoming chats, calls, and tickets from employees worldwide. You’ll provide timely, high-quality support while working in a fast-paced environment that values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Windows, Mac, and Linux systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues via chat, phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Document support interactions thoroughly and accurately
  • Assist with AV and teleconferencing systems
  • Escalate system/network outages to reduce downtime
  • Follow SOPs and use knowledge management tools effectively
  • Stay up to date with relevant policies and procedures
  • Work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in IT support (helpdesk or desk-side)
  • Experience with Windows, Mac OS, and/or Linux
  • Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical users
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
