Techno-Economic Analyst (f/m/x)

At Greenlyte Carbon Technologies, we are scaling our DAC process and continuously evaluating how to make it more efficient, cost-effective, and compatible with renewable energy systems. As a Techno-Economic Analyst , you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our technology by supporting detailed techno-economic assessments and exploring synergies between downstream syngas processes and our DAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of comprehensive techno-economic analyses for DAC and syngas-related technologies.
• Conduct technical assessments of syngas downstream processes and identify integration opportunities with our DAC or syngas systems.
• Perform detailed cost breakdowns of subunits and components using scientific literature, supplier data, and industrial benchmarks.
• Analyze buffering concepts to evaluate how our technology can integrate directly with renewable energy sources via DC-DC coupling.

About You

You bring...

• A degree in chemical engineering, process engineering, energy systems, or a related technical field.
• Experience in techno-economic or process modeling, ideally in a chemical, energy, or clean-tech environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex technical and economic data.
• Familiarity with cost estimation methodologies and sourcing supplier data.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate technical findings clearly to a diverse team.
• Proficiency in Excel and/or relevant modeling tools; Python or MATLAB is a plus.
