We are looking for a technology planning expert. The role will work closely with the industry development team, the technology planning team and the local R&D team to give a deep insight into European resources, and help Huawei to better understand the achievements and the organisation of the concerned resources.

Responsibilities

Be responsible for deep-diving into relevant European resources via open channels and generating an insight report in a logical way to depict the valuable business or research achievement.
Build long-term trust relationships with stakeholders in the European R&I ecosystem to promote win-win cooperation.

Qualifications and Requirements

Master’s or PhD degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or related fields.
Strong technical insight, capability and wide ICT knowledge, aware of technology trends, and sensitive to state-of-the-art ICT technologies.
Extensive experience in participating in Horizon Europe or National research projects.
High skills in teamwork and interpersonal communication, as well as building relationships.
Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
