What You'll Do

• Design and deliver comprehensive technology and AI strategies aligned with business objectives, collaborating with various business units, IT teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution
• Develop actionable roadmaps for IT modernization and technology enablement initiatives
• Assess IT, AI, and data readiness and maturity levels in preparation for successful exits
• Conduct benchmarking and develop cost-efficiency frameworks for IT operations
• Advise on and manage strategic technology and business alignment initiatives, maximizing synergies and minimizing risks
• Support the development of business cases to demonstrate ROI and the strategic benefits of proposed IT solutions
• Present market-driven analysis, recommendations, and insights to senior leadership and C-level executives

About You

Technical Skills and Knowledge:

• Graduate from a top university or business school with an outstanding academic record
• 2–4 years of work experience in a relevant field, such as:
• Strategy consulting (e.g., global consulting firms, strategy consultancies, Big Four firms, or boutique advisory firms)
• In-house IT and digital strategy roles with exposure to cross-functional technology and AI initiatives
• IT-Post-Merger Integration (PMI) experience during M&A processes
• AI & Data Strategy
• Strong knowledge of emerging technologies (e.g., cloud computing, AI/ML, DevOps) and their business implications
• Extensive experience in market analysis of complex IT landscapes, identifying value levers, and developing enterprise architecture concepts
• Domain knowledge in IT, Tech, Software, and IT-Services is a plus
• Ability to communicate complex technical subjects effectively and engage both technical and executive audiences
• Strong skills in creating concise, executive-level presentations (PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with data modeling and analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, SQL, Looker) and AI tech stacks is a plus
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with an entrepreneurial spirit
