Job Description
für die Position eines Teilzeitmitarbeiters (m/w/d) in der Abteilung Region Dangerous Goods zum nächstmöglichen Termin. Zunächst zur Erprobung befristet.
Aufgabenbereich


• Selbständiges Bearbeiten und Verwalten von Gefahrgutreporten (HM 10)
• Korrespondenz mit Kunden, Business Development, Transporteuren und Behörden
• Erstellen von HM 10 Reporten, Statistiken und Regionreports
• Bearbeiten von Vertragsanfragen Gefahrgut
• Teilnahme an Gefahrgut- und externen Schulungen
• Bearbeiten von Anfragen zum Gefahrguttransport
• Administrative Tätigkeiten
  
Voraussetzungen

• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse der Gefahrgutbestimmungen I.A.T.A. und ADR von Vorteil
• Gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office Anwendungen)
• Kenntnisse der UPS Online Systeme (IVP, ISPSYS,ICRISYS, OPSYS)
• Kommunikatives Geschick
• Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
• Selbständiges Arbeiten
  
Arbeitszeit
Montag bis Freitag zwischen 7:00 und 18:00 Uhr (30 Std./Woche) gemäß Einsatzplan
Verdienst
nach Absprache und Qualifikation gemäß Gehaltsgruppe III
