Territory Sales Manager/Therapy Development Manager

Location: Bavaria - South East Germany

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager/Therapy Development Manager to lead sales efforts and drive therapy adoption in the Bavaria region. This position offers the opportunity to work with innovative Class III medical devices that enhance patient outcomes.

Position Overview

In this role, you will focus on developing and executing sales strategies, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and identifying growth opportunities within the region. If you have experience in high-tech surgical medical devices, particularly in Neurotech or Cardiology, this could be an excellent opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand market share and presence.
  • Deliver product education and training to customers, ensuring a deep understanding of device benefits and usage.
  • Spread therapy awareness and adoption of our clients Class III implantable.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support successful product launches and market penetration.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adapt strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with Clinical Specialists to identify and capitalize on potential business and sales opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in field sales, ideally within surgical medical devices.
  • A successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
