Territory Sales Manager Germany Northwest

Within the German sales team, you will be responsible for the following tasks for the North-West region of Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales activities in the assigned area
  • Responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding existing customers and supporting the use of all products in the portfolio in the cath lab and operating room
  • Deep understanding of endovascular, neuro and peripheral procedures, vascular products and their areas of application; provide advice and support to customers with expertise
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, reliable partner
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the development and processing of projects and orders, as well as order tracking
  • Develop promising strategies for further market development; implement various initiatives as part of new product launches and continuously increase the market share of Balt Germany products
  • Perform market and competitor analyses and derive optimization measures; communicate findings to the company
  • Maintain close cooperation with specialists from various company departments and external opinion leaders
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, congresses and workshops
  • Participate in internal meetings to discuss organizational, development and business issues and to expand knowledge and skills for customer contact

Soft skills & knowledges

  • Completed studies in medical technology, nursing, health management or business administration or completed training within the clinic/hospital
  • Experience in sales in medical technology; experience in endovascular vascular medicine is an advantage
  • Knowledge of the German healthcare market
  • Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
  • Experience in preparing financial analyses, implementing sales strategies and other sales-related activities
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and familiarity with MS Office
  • Result-oriented, hands-on mentality
  • Commitment and initiative, and a strong service mindset
  • Independent, quality-conscious and reliable
  • Driving license class B
  • Willingness to travel extensively
