Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
The new team has three locations. The Motorsport Competence Center of Audi in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuberg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH in Neuburg (Germany).
In the field of electric motor development (MGU-K), you will work on the key component of high-performance electric drivetrains and contribute to competitiveness in the highly demanding F1 environment. Through testing at component and system level, you will ensure the validation and continuous development of our electric drivetrain components in the Audi F1 Project. You will also supervise test and race operations in Mission Control.
