For one of our locations in Saxony or Thuringia, we are looking for a permanent Test Engineer (m/f/d).

Job profile

This is what your health mission looks like with us.

• You will develop, optimize and continuously monitor a test strategy for all quality‑relevant systems and processes at AOK PLUS.
• You carry out demanding test scenarios and analyze errors in complex environments, especially in the case of error patterns that are technically difficult to understand.
• You use your expertise to advise management on strategic decisions regarding technical risks and quality impacts on the user experience and train internal stakeholders.
• You coordinate interdisciplinary testing activities and drive the improvement of quality assurance throughout the organization.
• Together with internal and external development teams, you define and implement minimum technical standards for all test levels (unit, integration, system, end‑to‑end).

Your PLUS for us

• With a degree in computer science or business informatics, you want to become part of our team.
• You are our PLUS and have at least 5 years of professional experience in software quality assurance, ideally in complex system landscapes (mobile + backend).
• Very good knowledge of software development, error analysis, monitoring, logging and reporting of test activities as well as the selection of suitable test tools and methods.
• You have experience in working in cross‑company projects.
• Help shape our digital future in a responsible, structured and fun way as part of a dynamic team.
