• Engage in the outstanding development of silicon photonics and semiconductor test programs.
• Collaborate with international design teams to flawlessly implement silicon design features for testing, test concept development, and code implementation.
• Conduct comprehensive device characterization and data analysis, supplying designers with high-quality feedback to ensure flawless silicon performance.
• Lead the development of silicon photonic test concepts and hardware, working closely with both internal and external vendors to successfully implement these solutions.
• Prioritize yield improvement and the reduction of test time, while upholding high standards of efficiency and excellence at every stage.

• Bsc or Msc Degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science from a leading university, or equivalent experience in the field.
• Proven experience in electrical engineering and programming. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the semiconductor photonic / photonic industry.
• Strong background in photonic or semiconductor testing or validation, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python and VBA.

• Demonstrated knowledge of probability and statistics tools, such as JMP.
• A fresh approach to problem-solving that consistently leads to successful outcomes.
• Experience in leading cross-organizational activities with a high sense of responsibility and ambition.
