Test Manager

As a Test Manager, you are responsible for all test-related activities, plans, and reports. You lead a team of Test Engineers and define the scope of testing within the context of each release/delivery, including applying appropriate test measurements.

You ensure the preparation and conduction of system testing and acceptance testing, involving one or more stakeholders in the execution of these tests; however, the overall responsibility is yours.

You are driven by ensuring visibility, traceability, and control of testing processes to deliver high-quality software, and you have a natural flair for planning, deploying, and managing the test effort for any given engagement.
