Test Technician (f/m/d) Durability

Responsibilities

• Work preparation
• Manage testing equipment and sensors
• Setup of durability test machines
• Programming of test processes
• Execution of Iterations
• Creation of test reports
• Analysis of tests
• Monitoring of tests
• Mainly self-directed work organization
• Contact person for internal customers
• Assits by calibrations
• Support with maintenance and repair of equipment
• Troubleshooting and determination of suitable corrective actions
• Maintenance, Ensuring the test operation
• Procurement of spare parts and addional development of test setup and test setup parts
• Supports internal projects

Qualifications

• Technical apprenticeship; pptional master craftsman or qualified technician
• Work experience in test areas, automotive, electrical engineering or with elastomer parts as well as with occuring of mechanical setups
• Knowledge of usual testbench-software and hardware MTS, Inova, etc. desirable
• Experienced work with state of the art IT equipment (e.g. MS Office)
• Fluent German langauge skills as well as English skills on at least B-level
