** About Business Developer (m/f/d) **
As part of the expansion of our activities in France (aerospace and adjacent sectors), Testia is strengthening its commercial team.
Your role will be to prospect and develop a client portfolio, re-engage dormant accounts, and increase market share for our products and services (NDT, training, inspection, software), working closely with technical and marketing teams.

• Your Tasks **

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will contribute to profitable order intake and customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle.

• Business Development & Account Planning:*
• Define and execute a strategy by segment (sector/territory/key accounts)
• Prospect and convert new customers, re-engage dormant accounts, and develop existing ones
• Diversify into new industrial sectors (e.g., defense and others)

In the majority of cases, the stages will be

• A Recruiter reviews your application
• You will be contacted and/or interviewed by a Recruiter
• An interview with the Hiring Manager will be scheduled
• If needed, a last interview with the Hiring Team will be scheduled
• The Hiring Team decides on the final candidate
• Offer call from HR
• A contract is signed
