WE Can't Go Without YOU – What You Bring with You:

• A degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, supplemented by up to 2 years of experience in a complex project environment
• Basic knowledge of project management concepts and methods
• Extensive knowledge of construction operations and formwork business; hands-on experience is desirable
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Team spirit and the ability to work effectively in hybrid project teams
• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) is a must for international team collaboration. Flexibility for project-related travel and assignments at global office locations
• High motivation and a results-oriented mindset
