Responsibilities

• Overseeing and maintaining national and international trademark portfolios.
• Preparation and submission of German, CTM and WIPO trademark applications.
• Handling registrations and correspondence related to trademark applications abroad in both German and English.
• Coordinating trademark renewals and assignments.
• Preparing oppositions, cancellations, and other legal actions concerning trademarks.
• Managing internal term schedules and deadlines.
• Processing and monitoring trademark watch notices.

Qualifications

• Degree in law or equivalent qualification, with solid grounding in German Trademark Law.
• Professional experience in trademark administration or portfolio management is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken business English; additional EU language skills are a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Proactive, with a strong desire to develop your expertise in a dynamic and international legal environment.
• Highly structured, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Detail-oriented, precise, and reliable.
• Team-oriented with a cooperative and positive work attitude.
