You have successfully completed your studies or training and would now like to start your professional life?

During the 12-month trainee program you will have the opportunity to constantly face new challenges, expand your personal network and get to know relevant areas of an eCommerce company (e.g. product management, (product) marketing, sales, HR, logistics, retail, etc.). The focus of your traineeship is product management.

Your rotation to other departments will be tailored to your experience and skills.

Take the chance and develop into a technical expert or optimize our processes in the company after the traineeship.

Your role in our team

Your tasks in the area of product management:

  • Purchasing : You are responsible for the processing and coordination of purchasing and procurement activities.
  • Market analysis : Numbers are your thing! You are responsible for creating calculations and reports, but you also keep an eye on the competition and price developments.
  • Product management : You know your products inside out. You always have the answer for colleagues from other departments. In collaboration with product marketing, you manage the implementation of product campaigns.
  • Prospects : You can expect varied activities, take advantage of the development opportunities in a growth company and benefit from short decision-making paths. You will be assigned a mentor from day 1 who will accompany you on your way.
  • Team : We work closely together at all hierarchical levels and are on a first-name basis from the management board to the trainees. You can always rely on your team. You can get to know them in a digital trial.
  • Training : Much of the training is on-the-job, but we also send you to our own training programs.
  • Steep learning curve : You quickly take on responsibility for sub-projects or even small manufacturers. We'll give you the tools so that after a year, you'll be able to manage products on your own. And your efforts don't go unnoticed - we're proud to offer permanent positions to over 90% of our trainees.
  • Working environment : Our work concept provides for a mix of mobile working and working out of the office. Depending on the area of assignment, the number of office work days may vary. Our office is within walking distance of the main train station and thus in the heart of Munich.

Your profile

  • Background : You have completed your studies or a commercial apprenticeship and would now like to start your professional life. Maybe you have already gained practical experience in the eCommerce environment, product management or marketing?
  • Passion : Technology makes your heart beat faster - but you don't have to be an expert in electronic products. Thanks to your very good comprehension skills, you can quickly find your way around new product areas and build up specialist knowledge in them.
  • Negotiation skills : You are open-minded and convince your conversation partners with your confident appearance and your very good communication skills. In addition, you have a flair for good deals and thus achieve the best purchase prices.
  • Personality : You are characterized by a structured way of working, flexibility and entrepreneurial thinking. You work independently and on your own initiative, but you are also a real team player.
  • What else? Excel or even Pivot are tools you have already worked with. Thanks to your English skills, you could also convince in appointments with international suppliers and manufacturers.
