As a Trainee, you’ll be a vital part of ADMETOSand Troesser & Co, collaborating closely with highly experienced consultants, private equityspecialists and top-tier management partners with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You’ll gainhands-on exposure to the intricate areas ofrestructuring and private equity, building bothanalytical and operational skills that will equipyou for a successful career in these high-impactindustries.

Key tasks:

• Participate in corporate transformation,operational reorganization, restructuring, andM&A projects
• Support private equity deals, portfolio managementand post post-merger integration
• Analyse financial data and business processes toidentify improvement opportunities
• Develop and execute solutions with high impact
• Collaborate in various internal projects tofurther develop both firms
• Prepare presentations and reports for topmanagement and other stakeholders
• Engage with clients and management on-site,offering support and insights to drive success
• Collaborate with a multicultural team, leveragingdiverse perspectives to enhance results

Your Skills:

• Top master’s degree in business administration,finance, economics, engineering or relatedfield
• First professional experience in consulting,restructuring, transformation, private equity orM&A, business analysis, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving- as well asoutstanding numerical skills
• Excellent German and English language skills, bothwritten and spoken, a third language is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonalabilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments andcultures
• Very high level of willingness to travel andflexibility
• Sound knowledge of MS-Office, with special focusin Excel and PowerPoint and relevant Add-ins
• Possess a valid passport and/or visa(s) forinternational travel.
